Clinical supervision & consultancy

Support · Reflect · Grow

A supportive, professionally accountable space for case managers and rehabilitation professionals to think clearly, practise safely and grow with confidence.

Independent · Reflective · Evidence-informed

A thoughtful perspective

Professional rigour,
human understanding.

I’m Sian Bailey, an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with more than 20 years’ rehabilitation experience and eight years in case management.

My career spans NHS learning disability services, community rehabilitation, international paediatric practice, clinical leadership, registered management and expert witness work. I bring a calm, organised and collaborative approach to complex clinical conversations.

Lived experience of disability has also shaped my specialist expertise in digital case management, remote rehabilitation and accessible professional support.
